Lead Editor (Since November 2018)
I lead our weekly editorial meeting. With the core team, we discuss who to interview and determine story angles. I receive story pitch from reporters and guide and train them on how to effectively write questions and thus create comprehensive and insightful interviews. On top of this, I write and present a special YouTube segment, the monthly video On Marissa’s Mind. Here, I discuss topics often missed yet profoundly fundamental in living a good life. I also conduct a one-on-one interview with many public figures from different walks of life. Find my work here: https://greatmind.id/article/search?s=marissa+anita
